Australia! Photos from Sydney and Melbourne
Quikmaps posts have run rather dry over the last couple weeks, I’ll readily admit, but I hasten to explain that this drought is emphatically not because I’ve taken to the beautiful art of laziness. Au contraire. It is because I have taken my programming skills down under, by invitation of the fine folks at Lonely Planet.
And, being down under, I have found myself under the weather, though not as one generally uses the term. In Sydney, Australia, finding yourself under the influence of November weather is a decidedly refreshing experience, especially having travelled from the more northern reaches of Canada. And so, I must admit, I have spent much of my free time exploring.
As one always does when exploring these days (besides reading Bill Bryson stories), I have attempted to document my explorations by way of digital photographs. You can find my first set here.
